Our Story

RadTec Medical Devices, Inc. was founded in 2014 with a focus on improving personal radiation safety for both patients and medical staff alike. With a few creative products and more in development, we are trying to positively affect people’s lives using advanced medical technologies.

Our team has expanded to include an awesome lead engineer, Christian Juarez, who has a background in 3D manufacturing as well as technical design. He is our go to technical wizard! We have also built a solid legal team that consists of Stephen Wurzburg of Pillsbury Law who is our primary legal counsel.

Together we are ready to build a safer future for medical and dental practices around the world!

Brian Knott studied design and business operations both in California and in London. With a love for new product development and a knack for business, he loves the challenges and possibilities that working in the medical field provides.

Christian Juarez
Lead Engineer
A maker/hacker in the truest sense, with a background in 3d manufacturing, and having formally studied electrical and industrial engineering, Christian has taken his love of “invention” to the next level. By independently designing and building prototypes for companies before joining RadtecMD full-time as Lead Engineer, he has amassed a vast skillset, comparable to that of a swiss army knife.

Ross Holman
Co-founder (2014-2022)
Ross Holman attended San Jose State University, in California, earning a degree in business management. He went on to work for multiple startup companies, where his contributions ranged from product development to business strategy. In 2014, Ross jumped at the opportunity to lead the executive team forming RadTec Medical Devices, Inc., blending his executive start-up skills and experience with his passion for helping other.
